Shipping Policy

Forever Lifestyle currently ships within whole Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia)

We do provide Courier Delivery and Truck Delivery of Bulky Product.

Your purchased products normally will take up to 7 to 10 working days to reach. However, please allow some delays due to courier service scheduling.

In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong product or damaged products being delivered, please contact out Customer Service Team within 14 days and a replacement will be delivered upon checking and identifying by our relevant team.

Courier Delivery:

For door-to-door delivery, we will attempt to deliver your order as soon as your order is ready for for delivery. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule.

We will deliver your order to your door-step or someone you have authorized to receive the order on your behalf.

Delivery of Bulky Product(s):

After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will need 3-7 days before the delivery proposed date to take place.

For any changes or enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 3 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangement.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 7 days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response, your order will be cancelled without refund.
